Recently, the French government has introduced the EPR policy, and all Chinese sellers need to register ERP accounts.
EPR is an environmental protection requirement of the European Union, and there are legislative practices in different EU countries/regions. It is mainly to ensure that the commodities sold by merchants meet the compliance requirements under the French EPR system. Alibaba platform will collect and verify the EPR registration number of the merchant.
If the French Customs finds that any Alibaba seller is not registered and has affixed the EPR mark, the French Customs will return the goods or destroy them.
The French EPR logo is colored and needs to be pasted on the package and carton. As shown below:
